There were several Aerodyne sponsored athletes on the participant roster. Luc Vereeckenserved as the main organizer, while Ils Van den Weygaert assisted as the co-organizer.

The team Ayro, consisting of Els De Bie, Wim Dems, Gerrit Tielens, Kevin Bruyninckx, and Arne Vandendael, also participated in the event.

They used a weight belt with cobra buckles on their new Icon for the first time. They found them to work exceptionally well and expressed their satisfaction with having them. Luc flew his trusted Pilot-117.
